Conflict searching now available via matters.Cloud

We are pleased to announce that the ability to perform conflict checks in a timely manner is now available within matters.Cloud.

Users can initiate a new conflict search from the left hand navigation pane and specify the name of the contact they would like to search for via an easy to use screen.

The search will initiate a quick conflict search across the following data types:

Clients
Matters
Organisations
Contacts
Opporturnities

Users can filter the search results returned by type, or drill down into the underlying detailed records to investigate the nature of potential conflicts.

Where a record of a conflict search is required to be kept, options to copy the results to the clipboard or output to CSV, Excel or print are provided.
